Where's my order?
Tracking goes out via SMS and email once we ship — usually within 1–2 days of placing your order. Nothing after 48 hours? Reply to your order confirmation with the order number and we'll pull it up. Alternatively, you can access your past orders using the mobile number you used during your purchase from your Accounts Page
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If we haven't shipped yet, yes — email [email protected] with the corrected address and order number. Once it's with the courier, it's locked in.
How do I return or exchange a product?
