A bottle of luxury fragrance costs ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 in India. The juice inside it costs the brand under ₹400. The rest is paid to department stores, celebrity faces, glossy magazine spreads, and global marketing teams.
We thought — what if you stripped all that away? What if you took the world’s most beautiful fragrance silhouettes, reblended them from real raw materials in Mumbai, and sold them direct, with the savings going back into the juice?
That’s Amorvio. Eleven fragrances. One size. One promise: an emotional translation, never a copy. Made for Indian skin, Indian weather, and Indian wallets — but built to a standard you’d recognise from any boutique on Rue du Faubourg.
We don’t copy. We read a fragrance the world has fallen in love with — the warm-amber silhouette of an oud night-out, the cool-citrus reach of a fresh-aquatic — and rebuild that emotional shape from raw materials, in our own concentrations.
Indian heat changes how a fragrance projects. Our perfumers in Mumbai blend specifically for warm, humid skin — drier base notes, brighter heads, a longer-lasting heart. The result is meant to be worn here, not just tolerated.
We sell directly. No department store margin, no celebrity face fee, no quarterly campaign budget. The savings — which is most of the price of a luxury fragrance — go into the juice.
Vegan formulae. Cruelty-free across the supply chain. Every fragrance is IFRA 51 compliant and dermatologist-tested. We sign every batch by hand.
Three friends — a finance ex-banker, a perfumer trained in Grasse, and a Mumbai chemist — wonder why the world’s most-wanted fragrance silhouettes are gate-kept by price. They draft a one-page manifesto: translation, not imitation, at a fraction of the cost.
1,200 olfactive trials. Raw materials sourced from Grasse and Kannauj. Concentrations rebuilt from scratch — same emotional silhouette, our own DNA. Eleven formulae make it past blind panels.
We open our atelier in Lower Parel. The flacon is designed: rectangular, weighted, gold-bordered black label, A+V monogram etched in Cinzel. Each bottle leaves Mumbai with a hand-numbered batch card.
We launch direct-to-consumer with no retail middlemen, no influencer fees, no marketing tax. The savings go into the bottle.
Eleven fragrances. One size — 50ml, eau de parfum. Made and shipped from Mumbai, worn from Bombay to Bangalore to Birmingham.
Don’t take our word for it. Order one. Wear it for a week. If you’re not part of the dinner-table conversations on the seventh day, return the bottle.
